Woke up and hit the gym this morning.. did dead’s

Played around with hang cleans @135 for form.

Did some bb rows and cable rows than ran a mile.

Overall, feeling sharp

Rough day.. Tying all my loose ends together for this weekend.. Scattering dads ashes in the bay.. I’m like a big fucking ball of emotional manchild.

Did some single arm cable rows, bbrows, lat pull downs, and worked some triceps

Hit the air assault for 15 minutes.

Good day today, might have tweaked my lower back a bit with the wide grip dead’s, gotta work on tightness with that movement.

E: shoes are dead, just ordered some nano 8s, hoping I like them.

Did some arm work and some rdls just to throw some weight around.. finished up with 20 minutes HIIT.. Feels good

Squat day again.. did a few sets working from 285x10 down to 135x15.


Going out for Father’s Day, will be filled with scotch and good food.

Also, just started ordering meals through FlexPro.. Seems good, about 2k cals per day for 155 a week..

Feeling good and stronk.. Weight is sitting around 217... Starting to widdle back down.

E: just ordered a weeks worth of food from FlexPro meals.. Not terrible in price, ends up being just under 9 bucks per meal.. I’ll update with a little review.

Well deserved rest day... Tomorrow is squats again @65% for 4x10.

Get to try out the gyms new belted squats and reverse hyper.. pretty stoked.
