Making people feel bad is bullshit.
Education, and actually teaching the populace that sugar, starches, and grains are toxic for your body is key. I literally grew up and it seemed like scientists were literally baffled on proper human diet and everyone kept slamming down 6-11 "servings" of grains per day. We have a huge lobby that sells sugar and corn and wheat in the form of snacks that earns billions of dollars annually that actually blamed saturated fat on the cause for CHD instead of sugar. A Lie that has killed and maimed MILLIONS.
Not everyone can be expected to be experts, fatties included. The tragedy is that we still to this day do not acknowledge that fast carbohydrates wreck your digestive system signals and hydrogenated vegetable oils clog your veins.
Eat a High Fat ( saturated ) Moderate Protein Low Carb diet. People literally do this and their Type 2 Diabeties goes away. FACT
