When it comes to the VA, incompetent is entirely appropriate.

It is mostly the lower classes who are recruited, so they're used to things like not having a regular doctor to visit.

To be fair, I think a large part of it is that there are more bodies that ate more inclined to get case, and like most bureaucracies, they're just fucking awful at responding to new situations.

That said, they took great care of my father as he died, so I can't be too hostile.

VA is 3rd world medicine

Doctors go there who historically want a retirement job or something very lax job. The nurses Union is so powerful especially there that incompetence is not discriminated against. I feel for any patient at the mercy of the VA system and think the whole network should be scrapped
