Seriously, of all of the departments at the VA that fuck up on a regular basis, I don't think any of them are as bad as their ability to frame their own PR. Jesus Christ. They just keep chomping on their feet lately. I mean, I realize it's becoming more of a visible issue of late and thank fuck for it, but holy shit.
I guess the secretary isn't aware that Disney has world-class customer care, to the point that major employers around the world spend large sums of money to send their employees to the Disney Institute to learn the nuances of good customer care.
