Merely because someone holds an identity, or identities, that you feel are absurd and/or attention-seeking, doesn't make it so. There's nothing to suggest that Milo is faking anything for views at this time, and at the end of the day, the obsession some people have with a single YouTuber who is 17 and who has less than 10,000 subscribers seems a bit...odd.
