Except when you make informative statements about the reality that the world is adopting stem cells ... or accepting gay marriage ... or removing a Christians right to discriminate .....

Absolutely, these people are impulsive minded and self-destructive and by nature you do not want them in your company long-term unless your business needs support a high turn over.

Unless the tatoos are religious in nature.. I don't see a reason why they shouldnt be able to fire her for it. The same goes with piercings... clothing style... etc. The fact that a tatoo is more or less permanant shouldn't remove it from the list. If you are going to make permanant marks on parts of your body that can't be xovered you need to live with the consequences.

Edit: now that I think about it though... she never should have been hired in the first place... if the tatoos were an issue for that company
