in fact i posted a title, a link, and the WORDS debate

Yeah see thats not how PaRD works.
You brought yourself in as a subject of scrutiny not only when you posted the topic, but when your first example used YOU as an individual as anecdotal evidence that the state is useless.

so explain to me please, why natives lived great until the all needy govt came and kill almost all of them
they had some kind of hierarchy we can agree on that, but nowhere near the thousands of books of laws that nobody can learn all of it.
tell me how still now, indigenous communitys live in south america, w/o the help of the govt, because like you said, i wouldnt exist if it wasnt about the state. so please explain to me how THOSES people do it because apparently IT IS possible to live in community without any form of master/civil form.

Now see, theres a stance, or atleast a question of value.

They had tribal governments and councils. They also lived in groups smaller than the average family (3-4 nuclear families), which is quite a lot different than a billion people packed into one shared slab of land.
Someone else already pointed out though, that while this is fine and dandy, these groups were wiped off the face of the planet by groups that formed a state together. Which circles back around to my point about your family probably not existing.

wich circles back around to my question, how does some still manage to do it then?!
aka zapatists or the recently discovered indigenous?!
matter of time you'll say, wich i could agree to,but not because it doesnt work, just because some other states wants control of the population or the land.

Note: theres no factual evidence on my side for what I'm about to say.

They could exist because the rest of the world has modernized and organized to a point where they don't go around murdering people when they find new land. Where as previously they would have been wiped out.
As well as if they took this long to find, they must have been pretty damn hidden from other groups.

However, look at the differences between life for said indigenous and the people that live within state held regions.
There are benefits to be found.

Maybe it's centered at the staircase.
