No one did anything, obviously. But, how do the officers know that from their perspective while investigating a crime scene? It's easy for us to sit and watch a YouTube video from behind our computer screens after the fact. Which makes you wonder what purpose would a person have to circle a crime scene in their car late at night? Are they looking to distract officers? Are they trying to hide evidence? Are they helping a suspect flee the scene? Were they part of the crime and are looking for a way out? What is there purpose?

Now, the cops have to stop what they're doing and figure out why this car is driving around. When they pull the person over, that person is immediately hostile and attempting to get away as soon as possible. That's got to raise all kinds of red flags.

Except...wait. They aren't doing anything helpful. They're just goading the police into a YouTube video to become internet famous. They just waste the officers' time when the officers have to figure out what in the hell this suspicious vehicle is doing. It's not that he was filming the police that bothers me. It's the way he handled it. He was acting suspicious, then throws a shitfit when the police come over and ask him why he's being suspicious.

It's not like the asshat filmed the next Rodney King beating. He was just sticking his nose in other people's business trying to get YouTube subscribers.

at any point in time the officer could have said "I'm investigating a crime here, looking for an individual(s), and your suspicious activity hanging around the crime scene has raised flags, therefore I need to see your Identification and ask you some questions about the incident"
If he didn't, then he has no reason to get all pissy. If you do not suspect someone of something, then fucking ignore them/let them go. If you do, make it clear and boom what do you know, the faggot youtube guy no longer has a case for his video.
Someone who is trying to enforce them law, not knowing it is kind of an issue. Whether or not some dbag is doing it for views on yt, its still an issue and should be exposed that most cops have no idea what the fuck they're doing, when confronted about the law.

Typically someone goes "well hurrdurr he read up on this this and that". Yeah, this retard can read up and learn the law, to the letter. Why in the hell can't a police officer?...

Lol that is hilarious. "I think we're dead", rofl.

It is hard to imagine that there is a cop that thinks you can die from a marijuana overdose, you would think that police officers would get at least a little training as to what drugs are and what they do.

What a good clip!

The cops don't know anything other than he's driving around, he hasn't broken a single damn law.
we are innocent until proven guilty,  besides the cop knew who he was and knew what he was doing he said that the guy had been following the squad car around all night.
Again not against the law!
As far as wasting time the cop is the one who decided to pull him over and bust his chops for following him around, it was a clear case of harassment.

That was a funny Youtube.....time is going by very slow... priceless

nothing suspicious about driving around though, these were strong-arm tactics used because the cop was pissed off
He was abusing his power as a police man.
we put our confidence in the police to be above petty behavior like this, he's just irritated
sure the dude may be an A-hole but he hasn't broken the law, and he's managed to piss the cop off enough while staying within the
limits of the law to make the cop actually break the law. Now we put our faith in that cop to strap what ever maybe a 9mm Auto. Glock 16 round clip
or a .45 cal service pistol either way a lethal weapon and yet he's so easily provoked?

that's kinda scary.

I agree. The problem is that the civilian is... well a civilian. It's the officers job to deal with idiots daily and appropriately. If he can't handle that without flying into hysterics then he shouldn't be a police officer. If the civilian was in the process of robbing a store or beating someone up then the officer would still be in the wrong for his attitude. He needs to react calmly and professionally no matter what is thrown at him or people's lives can be endangered.

police are humans bro, they aren't dead to emotions. It is obviously late at night and the cop might of even been irritable because of being tired. This guy drilled him with questions while the cop was doing nothing. To be honest he can literally be arrested with how he was acting. That video would be great evidence against him in court.

The police officer obviously knows the law... they have to to get their badge.

edit: seriously this mangix guy... just using you as an example..... The cops don't have to explain everything they are doing until they are questioned. The man questioned as to why the cop walked up. The cop said you are behaving suspiciously by driving around us 5 times. The guy then ranted on about I AM NOT ALLOWED TO DRIVE BY YOU FIVE TIMES, I HAVE NO RIGHT FOR FREEDOM OF MOVEMENT?

What a dumbass
