In other words, we can attribute most of the "atrocities" committed by Europeans to pathogens
I find your lack of critical thinking skills disturbing. Of the 20% of the Native American population that survived disease,
half died in conflicts with Europeans. That would have been like the Russians deciding to invade western Europe during the Black Death and killing off another 100 million people in wars and ethnic cleansing.

Obviously, the biggest factor in the genocide of Native Americans was disease. However, we have no idea what would have happened if disease had not been a factor.
Therefore, Native Americans should be excluded from the conversation.
Lets focus on other cultures, such as China.
China's economy was single handedly devastated by a small island country known as Britain that had a fraction of China's population. Explain that.
How convenient. Ignore history when it doesn't align with your arguments and worldview.
China is a piss-poor example. That same country was defeated by a smaller nation later on after it had unified, known as Japan. I suppose the Irish and Scottish are genetically inferior to the English because they couldn't 2v1 IRL? Or that Romans are the greatest race of men on earth, since their tiny city conquered everything from North Africa to the British Isles?
Shit, the only reason there is still an England today is because a hurricane decided it'd be a good idea to wipe out the Spanish armada. Are the Spaniards genetically inferior for not surviving a force of nature?
Your questions were answered simply and easily in the first few pages. Guns, germs, and steel are why Europeans were able to enslave or colonize much of the world.
