We know why wealth remained in the hands of whites:

• Technological Superiority
• Theft of Resources
• War
• Racism
  
• Suppression

What we do not know: Why weren't non-white countries capable of creating intrinsic value as European/European-satellite countries did?

It all really just comes down to technological supremacy throughout history and supremacy of social contract (private property, etc.)

The rest such as "theft of resources" followed from those unquestionable advantages.

life in an environment where the land provides all that is necessary tends to favor athletics over economics evolutionarily.

where as in an agricultural environment where food is grown and then stored, those that can manage the operation and get their group through the winter would have the evolutionary advantage.

Other social contracts were simply not as specific, did not guarantee as many rights, did not allow for diverse wealth creation, etc.
