Dude, the only reason they made that movie is so the general audience (which reflects the general intellect of the population) could bask in their own elitism and say "Dude! It's so fucking true tho!" Tom will back me up on this, just a pack of douchebags acting like they're smarter than everyone. The elitism is sickening and the comedy is extremely lacking.
Historically, the premise has been proven wrong, uneducated, poor low IQ people have out bred educated aristocrats for centuries. Yet IQ trends upwards.

In this movie the society itself degenerate, it's a decline.
