So my friend said they 'fixed' Sprint to no longer only work off MH damage, is this true?

skills like that are intended to go by mainhand dmg... so nothing needed to be 'fixed'

and while we are on the subject.. u rly need a new MH u never want ias on a MH

and u need much higher raw dmg.. CHD comes second

Exactly what tboner said. My guess is your friend is a really bad barb who doesn't know much about barb, so he's trying to disprove the mechanics of the game by making dumb statements.

Yea but until I figured out what was best I didn't really know what to get

I think at my current IAS I can just get a really good MH and then an EF OH and be at 26 26 ... of course I need about 1b more haha ...

So OH should be Crit Dmg, Socket, Str..... what else? IAS? LoH? Do I neglect dmg altogether on my OH, or do I still want it to be reasonable for my WW?

.... and does OH have to be Mace or Axe to get CHC from Weapons Master passive, or can I ignore that too?

lifesteal should come from OH if you dont want to use bloodthirst passive..

ias is very nice but not necessary .. depending on your budget keeping your OH dps within 200-300dps of your MH is ideal

just like tornados passives like weapon master only take mainhand into account.. so you want to use at LEAST a 1.4 aps OH if you cant afford an echoing fury or dont like the fear proc

Sorry, I'm quite new to Barb's.... what is "echoing fury" and "fear proc"?

And if it should be at least 1.4 APS, I guess Sword or Dagger are only options if it doesn't have IAS on it?

yes sword/dagger is ideal

echoing fury is a legendary that has +.2x attacks per second mod which is applied before ias % from gear to both weapon slots.

so if you use mace MH then you will have a 1.4x base on both sides

only downside to it is you can fear your enemies making them run away from you.. not something you really want on a ww barb..

to counter it you should use a cold dmg soj.. or not use echo fury at all
