Can't believe i finally got into another manga just to find out it's over. Don't even know wether to be mad or sad....no that's a lie was a really good story one of the best I've read. Was fun. Can't wait for last chapter.

Tbh im pretty pissed that they're ending it after this. wtf was the point in explaining about the mainland with bloody dragons and monsters running wild.

Yaa but I feel they wouldn't get a good story together once they expand. Feels right to end it here even though I want it to continue. Plus the amount of content being released has diminished. Was east fore to tell since I read it all in a matter of days. Two huge hurtles they would have to jump.

The mainland explanation has nothing to do with the claymore's fight. It's just background. The claymores dont give a shit what happens outside the island. They just want to live in peace and exact revenge on the orginization (and priscilla for claire)

I agree with Joelmules the Island is small and they have no technological knowledge. It obviously had to come from somewhere else. Plus it made no sense that these big beasts would be a native of that Land, it's too small. They would of ate all of the food in mere years. So the background on a random continent makes it all connect.

They have no incentive to go over there, they just want to be regular girls like they were before the transformation, no time for continental war. They'd have to go on a boat, they might be strong superhumans but they have no map, and even if they found maps in the destroyed HQ of the organization it would still be dangerous. Remember that boat of that time were not immune to the wrath of the sea at all, and even if they're strong I don't think they can swim like... XYZ distance if the ship happens to sink.


And lastly you're such a cruel person for even suggesting that a group of medieval battle fantasy seinen manga characters get on a boat... You know what they say about the boat ride... It never ends.

Well it ended, this was really the ending I thought would happen.

The spy did as I suspected he would, he spared them. Make no mistake, it's very likely that the dragons can easily wipe the floor with a few claymores with sheer number and power. But we've seen him care for the girls, especially Claire, a few times during this manga and it did not surprised me he spared them. They pose no threat to what's happening on the mainland so it's not like he's betraying his allies. Miria's threat was empty, she has a habbit of not knowing the limits of what she/they are capable of, but in this instance it didn't matter.

I also suspected Irene didn't die because we never saw her being attacked. You have to remember that her hunter Rafaela was only a paw of the organization so as long as her twin sister was not found, she really didn't care if Irene lived or not at that point.
