I don't know why people didn't get it, you did have multiple imageries across the manga that strongly implied a possible return of Teresa.

There's also another clue.

The CD "Claymore Intimate Persona" that had 10 songs, each on a different character.

Teresa's song was called "Tensei" which means Reincarnation.
