Thanks a lot man.

If I had a diet like this:

breakfast - 3 whole eggs, 1 egg whites, 1/2 cup of oats, banana (fish oil, vita C, multi-vita)
lunch - 3/4 pound of chicken breast, 1/2 pound of asparagus, 100grams white pasta (fish oil, vita C, multi-vita)
snack - 2 cups 1% milk, handful of almonds
dinner - 3/4 pound of chicken breast, 1/2 pound of asparagus (fish oil, vita C, multi-vita)
1.5 hours before bed - 2 cups of 1% milk, handful of almonds.

Combined with the workout you gave me, how much fat should I be looking at to lose per week? Correct me if i'm wrong, I think its around 2k calories, if not pretty let me know, I made a rough estimate.
I'm 5' 8, 165 - 169 pounds right now.

Meal 1 - approx 400 cal
Meal 2 - approx 600 cal
Meal 3 - approx 300 cal
Meal 4 - approx 400 cal
Meal 5 - approx 300 cal

total = 2,000...so you are RIGHT on target.

You should probably lose approx 1 lb per week of bodyfat if you keep that workout intensity high.

would THIS diet suffice for cutting :

1 cup oatmeal, 1 scoop protein powder, cinnamon
3 eggs, 2 slice whole wheat bread
tuna and whatever veggies ( do you have a tuna dish you could rec? tuna is so bland when i eat it i would like something creative)
chicken breast + broccoli
salmon + salad
chicken breast + broccoli
PWO protein shake (whenever i workout this after)

Yes that looks like a good cutting diet...

just remember to keep your activity level high.

Secondly, as far as tuna goes...make "tuna salad" - take 1 can of tuna, add 1 tsp olive oil, 1 tsp mayo, 2 tbsp spicy mustard, and chopped celery+carrots+onions and mix it up really well. Once done, throw the tuna on top of a green salad, add balsamic vinegar...and its delicious.

Good on you bro, nice to see others making donations since Raynor has offered so much professional advice for free over time.

I thought the same to myself a while back, advice like this isnt free. personal trainer, advisers, etc. charge a lot of money for this kind of advice, so what is donating a little bit of FG as compared to all the help given.

and of course it allows you Raynor to keep knowledgeable to all this stuff (use it or lose it)

not trying to suck up or anything, just saying...if I had any more FG I would have donated more.

keep it up and thanks for all the help you've given me up to date!

Thanks a lot for the kind words Darkblue. Your donations are also highly appreciated.

I will always do whatever I can on here to help out. It feels good knowing that my advice is not wasted =)

Cuttin a lil, so iso critique on diet, listing a regular weekday.

My HIIT-training exists of running upwards a ~30 degrees, 100ish m hill, jog down, repeat.

My veggies consists of lettuce, cucumber and yellow paprika.

Gym passes, as of now;
Mon - Legs
Tues - Back + biceps
Wednesday - Just cardio
Thurs - Abs + shoulders
Fri - Chest + triceps

5.10am - Getting up
5.20am - 1 cup black coffee
5.30 - 30 min HIIT
6am - 25-30g protein drink, 1 can tuna + mustard, lettuce and one cup black coffee
9am - 1 can tuna + mustard and one cup black coffee
12pm - one chicken breast (approx. 5oz), veggies + garlic sauce (I know I probably could lose the garlic sauce, but having plain veggies are so boring, and I bloody hate vineger/oil in veggies).
4.15pm - Gym pass, an hour (plus/minus 10 min)
5.30pm - 25-30g protein drink
6pm - One or two chicken breasts (again, approx. 5oz/breast), veggies + garlic sauce and one cup black coffee
9pm - If I can be arsed, Insanity Fast and Furious (only Insanity workout thing I do, and I find it quite fun, actually).
10pm - Bed

You will definitely lose a LOT of bodyfat on that plan.

Just make sure to keep your water intake high (around 1.5 gal per day)

You also might end up needing more fiber...so a good fiber supplement added to some water throughout the day might be a good idea.

Hey Raynor,

I was wondering if low carb diets contribute to hairloss. Is there a way to prevent such hair loss? I'm currently following the 2000 calorie diet you gave me earlier.

Thanks.

Also, how often do I get a cheat or carb day?

This is the diet you gave me.

You can have a CHEAT MEAL once a week. The cheat meal is generally around 1,000-1,500 cals of whatever you want. However it is not an entire day or cheats/carbs.

Carb day is limited to people on keto. For regular cutting 1 cheat meal per week is sufficient.

i have a question about when you eat.

i eat every 2 hours as a cut diet heres basically my diet on an average daily basis due to work

7am - 500 ml wateralmonds, salba seeds, flaxseed, 250 ml almond milk, 1x toast with scoop of all natural peanutbutter and 250 ml almond milk with 1 scoop whey protein
9 am - 1x apple, 1x peanut buttertoast, 250ml water
11 am-1x banana, 1x peanutbutter toast, 250ml water
1pm, large chicken breast, salad (spinach, carrot sticks, tomatoes) and 85g of whole wheat pasta+ 500ml of water
3 pm- peanut butter toast + handful of almonds + 250 ml of water
5pm- handful of almonds + 250ml water
7pm- dinner - normally chicken + whole wheat carb and salad
~work out an hour nad a half after dinner~
around 10pm - almond milk + scoop of whey protein+ tbsp of the peanut butter
10:30-11 - sleep

when im eating does it matter what im doing after i eat? after i eat at 7 im have to walk to my train station, and then sit for 1.5h, walk to my building
9-11 im on my feet lifting/walking
11-1 im sitting at my desk
1-2 back on my feet
2-4 sitting
4-5 on my feet
5-7 train home
dinner
work out
sleep

is there anything you recommend? is this ok that im doing this?

How harmful can EC stack be?

I take 2 doses daily (25 mg E, 200 mg C, x2). I supplement with at least 5g of fish oil and drink plenty of water. I'm taking a potassium pill but it doesn't have much potassium in it.

I had a headache this evening and I'm a little scared. I know some say to use aspirin with it but I won't unless I have to.

BTW, I plan on using the stack for 30 days total.
