How many time a day and when should i take NOW Liquid Cal-Mag?

Thank you!

Take 1 TBSP twice a day. With or without meals, doesn't matter.

I could do keto but there's one thing

I am also allergic to beans (sorry forgot to mention it) (I consider beans/peas the same for me)

What would you substitute the beans with ?

Hey there.

On carb days for anabolic cutting cycle (KETO) you can replace the beans + rice meal with Pasta + meat sauce. (lean beef only)

for cutting cycle (non-keto) when using beans with chicken, replace the beans with brown rice.

Hey man...we actually have not gone over this...at least I don't think.

Well theres a few sides to this. First of all, a very fatty steak, regardless of how much you grill it, will still have a considerable amount of fat left. The only fat you end up losing is some of the "marbling" throughout the steak. The large pieces of fat tend to stay put right through grilling.

I always recommend sirloin (tip or top)...both of which are excellent tasting and also very low in excess fat. Fats in general are good...however fats from red meat are NOT as you obviously know.

So anyway, I hope that helped lol. Also I recommend trying grass fed beef...it's truly a religious experience to have that after years of regular beef eating.

hehe I have sirloin tip on da grill :D

Cytogainer is the best in my opinion.

I have used with many hardgainer clients to great success.

You need 500 cals less than your BMR + exercise.

So calculate that and go accordingly.

The sample diet there will be the SAME for you but with increased quantities of each meal to match the proper caloric necessity.
