it does many things...but yes it does have minor increasing effects your test levels.

Taking 2K iu of vit d-3 per day would not make you feel bad...there is no way...to achieve vit d toxicity you'd have to have 20K iu or more per day.

You can go either way....depends on your BF right now. If you are over 15-18% BF, it is time for a cut.

Hey raynor , a while ago u gave me a 5 day split that works everything once a week

i cant remember

do you remember wat it was? or can u just give me a new 1? lol

i was saying i dont focus when i have to do 2 muscle groups a day and the workouts take forever

so i want a split where i can hit 1 muscle group HARD a day , i focus better that way

I am on your 5x5 plan, and I really like it, done my first 2 weeks of if.

Did increase 5% on 5x5 lifts, but it was really HARD to manage that on some lifts...

That 5% each week is 10 lbs increase, isn't that quite much :O ?

This 3rd week, then I am on my 1 Original RM at last set lol xD

Well, in some lifts I don't increase 10 lbs, since I can't manage 5 reps at last set... is this okay? ^^

That's great, good job - keep up the good work!

To answer your question...if you absolutely can't get the 5% on certain lifts (remember it's 5% on every lift calculated based on each lift)...then you just need to work up to it. Do as MUCH as you can for 5 reps. Also you could try to get a spotter to help you with the last remaining reps.

is it stupid to eat 500 grams of chicken in one sitting? well its 500 grams uncooked, not sure how much it weighs after i cook it.
