Hey Ray,

First of all I wanted to thank you on behalf of the jsp community "again" :) your advices and vital information in this thread were game changers in my life.

I strictly followed your workouts and diets that you suggested to me and I lost tons of weight and was able to build upper body and lower body muscles(at least far better than my old self)

However I still have belly fat on my belt and that ugly fat still stresses my life..

Even though I followed your final workout+diet you suggested to me after 2 months I didn't see a slightest bit of results and after doing deep research and consulting a doctor I found out that I lack the vital hormones to build further muscle and get rid of that ugly belly fat :

Testosterone

HGH Growth Hormone

Leptin and Adiponectin

D-Aspartic Acid

Can you suggest me a specific abs/adonis and calorie burning/cardio based(I would prefer to swim more than running but I will listen your suggestions) workout and diet that would enhance my hormone levels that I mentioned above naturally?

And if there is a supplement(s) that is focused on those hormones(but not steroids) can you please give me the name(s) of it?

I really appreciate your help.

Many thanks and regards..

Hey raynor I was wondering If you could help me out with a recommendation on either getting 2 kettle bell or a steel mace. I want to focus on overall conditioning and specifically grip strength. Whatever i get is my only peice of equipment. I do not have access to a gym in the very small town I live in.recently what I've been doing is just a ton of push ups through out the da (300 +)and some abs

I would be working out at the gym, so I would need to have shoes.
Would runners be fine?

Yes that would be fine. Alternatively you could purchase a weight lifting shoe/boot online. There are tons to choose from.

Hey man, I could use some advice. I'm six foot two and weigh 150 pounds, looking to gain weight, but my metabolism is so insane I can literally gorge myself to death and not gain a pound. I literally tried to gain weight with a mixture of fatty foods and weight gain shakes over the course of a few weeks and actually lost almost two pounds. I'm pretty much all muscle, very low fat content, but I'd really like to be about 170 pounds and cut given my height. Any advice?

oh ok cool. I just missing jogging on sunday mornings on my off days. What can I do to still go outside and enjoy the trail that they have out here but be more efficient (prevent muscle catabolizing, heart/lung health, overall feel better on sunday) than jogging?

Swimming is excellent. Alternatively, you can do a hypertrophy workout at a cardio pace. But if you prefer the outdoors, you can STILL run, it isn't really a problem for your health, just certainly not something necessary to promote long term health.

Hey there.

Please provide me with your current height/weight and body fat %.

Also please provide me with your allergies, as well as any medical conditions.

Also, I'm assuming you have full access to a gym, right?

A pair of kettlebells are far superior because of how they can be used, both one and two handed, as well as numerous additional exercises compared to the mace. However, if you have to pick ONE type of equipment to have, I'd suggest the adjustable weight dumbbells, such as the bowflex select tech 552 system. Obviously it's a LOT more money though.

Why are the kettle bells or the steel mace your only choice? Are you low on funding at the moment and looking for something cost effective?

kettle bells and steel mace are my only choices ofr both of the above. I'm trying to save up and i figured they would be effective.

I like to think I'm decently strong so my next question is what weight i should get the kettle bells i should get to maximize on the benefits.. and lastly a routine if you can please help me out there too.

Is 5x5 useful for cutting? It seems I enjoy that the most.
