I get it but you can't base it on join date alone, I've been scammed more by old accounts than new. Like said, ask around, it'll serve you better rather than just a post count or just a join date. Sorry to read you were scammed, potentially twice. I know how ot feels and it sucks pretty badly.

I got the account back, I'm just waiting for them to finish with the scam accusation against bucks12 I'm not sure why but it seems like they are still waiting for a proper response from bucs12. I just opened up a new case 2 days ago against noxo, but no one responded to my accusation.

I'm afraid no action will be taken against someones account when you get the account and your gp back.

The blackmark on your account sucks though. But glad to hear you got it back. Got to be extra careful now.

Don't they remove black marks once successfully appealed?
