not true overall (I can agree that you can say people who attend college are more likely on average to vote democrat) and the are plenty of low educated or low IQ people that vote democrat and plenty of highly educated and high IQ people that vote republican.
Of course, but there's a statistical correlation. I certainly was not suggesting that no educated or intelligent people vote Republican. I know dozens, maybe hundreds, of extremely intelligent conservatives personally.

Sitting in a liberal college for 10 years =/= educated
Typically, yes. People who go to college are by-and-large more educated (probably causally) and more intelligent (probably causally in the other direction or both directions, intelligent ppl are more likely to seek higher education).

why did 'educated people' in 6 states vote for Obama twice (2008, 2012) and for Trump in 2016 then?
Of course it's not true in literally every case.
In general, education and intelligence correlate with political liberalism.

I don't know why this talking point is brought up so much. Looking at pew research, college graduates backed Clinton over Trump at a 9 point margin. 52% vs 43%. Whites with a college degree? 49% to 45% in favor of Trump. Can we stop with the nonsense? Trump got plenty of votes from educated voters. My family is full of people with college degrees who voted for Trump.
Your numbers support my claim.
Obviously I didn't mean literally no educated person in the history of the world votes Republican.
But amount of higher education strongly correlates with political liberalism. As of 2015 Democrats have a 49%-42% lead over Republicans among those with college degrees. This rises to a staggering 57%-35% among those with post-graduate degrees.
