Whatever the target group is should a society wish to lift it up out from disadvantaged circumstances making it dependant has an effect opposite to this. As does making it a target. Black Lives Matter falls victim to both. The soil of democracy bears no fruit of autonomy. In it the individual's seed to suffrage is lost. Smothered beneath murderous collective purpose.
