This partisan circus is a total waste of time. No new info or insights will come from this, just Pelosi's preferred spin on Jan 6.
Investigating the events of that day and prosecuting the perpetrators is a job for the FBI and the DOJ, not Congress.

A sincere bipartisan effort by Congress could have been helpful, but that ship sailed when Pelosi specifically selected the two most staunchly anti-Trump Republicans for the committee while blocking the pro-Trump people.
She made it abundantly clear that she only seeks the veneer of bipartisanship, but isn't actually interested in giving the other side's perspective any room.
