Does this still work?

We've always rolled armors with this and gotten max sockets.

Friend of mine and I have both rolled godly eth non-superior armors in the last couple days and it's only given one socket.

Had an eth shadow plate .. 860ish def. Rolled it now it's >1200 but one socket.

The number of sockets created will vary. The item must be normal and unsocketed. Low-quality items and superior items DO NOT WORK. The item gets 1-4 sockets, randomly.
