Following on from that, basically more players in game means more items will drop since as Morpheus says, it reduces the chance of the game selecting no-drop.

The effect though from dropping more items is of course that you will find more good items as well as more bad ones. Doing your MF runs in full player games is therefore more efficient as long as you can still kill quickly with the increased monster HP's.

It was only ever meant to be a guide to how MF works, not a guide to how to MF so to speak. No-one would read my guide to how to MF here anyway as I refuse to use dupes or condone the use of dupes etc, so no Enigma, no Infinity = no-one here cares.

Well.. I have a question.. Mf Does incease the chance to find better items.. but i know that there is a reslation between mlvl and drops too. Example, normal monsters wont drop some uniques while unique mosters will drop them. is there an explaination about that?
