yes sir i believe so. the server reads 2 items with the same item# and attempts to delete both, if one or both are temp-permed it won't delete the temp-perm'd copies.

last year on a roll-back xfer i accidentally duped my firewall sorc, and as a result have 2x unperm firewall sorcs now :rofl:

i could delete one, but it's on an account literally no one uses so i'm playing with fire for now!
