what is a war?

two groups of people who hate each other equally and have the same goal to wipe each other out? that's not even close.

the government demanding that the populace turn in guns, the populace laughing and saying come and get it, and the government taking steps to come and get it is a war. war is a buzzword here honestly, disobedience is a better word for this context. but disobedience on this front leads to violence more reminiscent of war.



buzzwords like terrorist wont scare me. if the govt demands all my guns be turned in i'll happily own the title.

Having guns taken away would be a cause for insurgency. It is the castration of the public.

Nobody is going to take the job of "federal gun collector" though.

A more effective solutions would be a guns for shoes program, where the government will give a nice voucher for some Air Jordan's in exchange for that hot Tec 9.

But that wouldn't help protect school children from upset young Caucasian males.

There would be no war. In reality people have families and other things they want to live for. They see living as preferable to dying. Very few would actually take up arms and those that did would be red mist before you could say 'muh freedumz'.
