He was right outside the court and did not need a trial because he did it in front of the police and judiciary and filmed himself doing it.

It's not a one-hour sentence. This has been explained multiple times ITT and once at least directly to you.

Tommy had a suspended sentence for a previous crime. He served 5 months of a 18 month sentence. He broke his parole and so has been sent to serve the remaining 13 months of that 18 month sentence. He has not been charged with any crime pertaining to this incident afaik. Though if he is that will involve a separate trial and sentencing.
