i'm literally using them right now and they are making milkshakes next to me, people are talking, and i'm farting my ass off bc i put milk in my god damn coffee

and i can't hear any of it...same thing when i'm flying, i literally can't hear anything (maybe occasional snippets if something is on the PA, but not always)

in fact i can't even hear the click click click of my keyboard as i type this...

are you sure you were using the ANC mode? it has ambient, off, and ANC modes...

i'm not trying to support this product just because i own it, i just literally don't understand how you can ask for much more in ANC?

I got the same experience. I couldn't ask for more from this headset.

Just bought the QC 35 ii's today. Figured they wouldn't be going on sale anytime soon and I decided to bite the bullet.

They are so so nice. Best pair of headphones that I've owned hands down. In fact, when I tried them on in the store, I couldn't hear an alarm going off because the noise cancelling was so good.
And the audio quality is amazing. I'm hearing notes in my music that I haven't heard before. I tried the Sony headphones on as well, but I didn't find them as comfortable. They were too tight a fit.

Anyways, I would recommend to anyone the Bose QC 35 ii's. The best audio product I've owned. Period.

Ended up having to return my Bose QC 35 ii's.

I had some really big problems with the Bluetooth. I would connect it and it would play my music just fine, but then it would ask me to pair my Bluetooth a second time using Bluetooth-LE.

I found out this Bluetooth-LE is Bluetooth Low Energy. However, when I connected to it, my music would stop playing or sound extremely jittery. If I disconnected Bluetooth-LE it would play my music fine but would keep prompting me to pair Bluetooth-LE even when I pressed no...

Returned them today and got my money back. Pretty disappointing though tbh :(

oh its good don't get me wrong, it was just I could hear people talking (especially young children) I just found this in the manual so it explains it a bit better
"The noise canceling function is effective in low frequency ranges such as airplanes, trains, offices, near air-conditioning, and is not as effective for higher frequencies, such as human voices."

I love these headphones though, especially how comfortable they are :D

Already sold on the enhanced comfortability and USB-C fast charge.
Also better ANC and a more refined design. Should be able to sell my 1000XM2 with a 35-45$ loss, i'll take that for an upgrade. I've been charging the headphones every 2 week, so that's avg 2~ hours of usage a day.
