Assad should be free to gas his own people without foreign governments intervening.

Attacking Assad violates the NAP.

We should totally take Assad out so that ISIS can get back to slaughtering civilians by the thousands.

I think the libertarian view point is something like foreign intervention from a state requires tax money which is violating the NAP and secondly since it's tax funded they don't necessarily have to do a good job because they are getting the funding either way

in all seriousness a state foreign intervention does (through taxes) but individuals/groups voluntarily defending the people he is attacking doesn't

The last one was a false flag attack. I'll wait for real info this time.

I'm skeptical as well.

No, but we should enact some real consequences anytime this happens.

Assad and his government deserves the same fate that Saddam and crew got. This time it needs to be a true multinational effort instead of the US doing everything.

Yeah, another power vacuum without longterm solutions is exactly what we need. It worked perfectly with Saddam!

People chalk up false flags as outlandish conspiracy theories but It’s been a very effective modus operandi. I know if I was a policy maker that needed to fabricate a reason to do something I’d certainly turn to something like tha. Most people look at the immediate cause and effect but never consider the secondary or tertiary effects and who gains from those.

I could see us bombing a few sites in the next day or two, maybe some sort of sanctions? But to attempt to topple Assad through force is unrealistic.
