Well if you are 100% new you might want to start now and get used to the game , but ya when new league release everyone is playing them .

Yeah, I'm completely new to the game.

I mean if you have nothing else to play atm it's still fine, you could play the game and figure some stuff out. It's just in 13 days you'll most likely want to play the new league/content and for which you need to start a new character.

Well , cant really recommend a build right now because they are revamping all ascendency in 13 days , even if core build still stay the same , ascendency choice might change

Either you folow a build from http://www.pathofexile.com/forum in the class/build section or you just go in yolo and figure shit yourself ( if you do that you will probably get stuck at some point because you build will suck ) .

But since new league in 13 days its doesnt really mater.

Ahh gotcha. I'll probably see if I can get use to it before the new league comes out. Any recommendation on character to play? I usually play hardcore. (If it's an option in any game I play)
