on regen mana, the 25%mana refund works simular to 33.3%mana regen, with has a goldvalue of 166.6gold, unless other regen items are build
a luden was build for mobility mostly, Spellbinder looks shit (gain 200AP for 4sec and decaying ms on item activation)

for teemo, Liandry a tiny bit nerved, since you miss 15mpen, nerved vs full life target, buffed for the kill, the 10%in combat damage compensates the mpen loss a little vs tanks
luden echo seems a option again

for Heimer,
i may try a archangel ontop of my redemption, and full tank after that+mobility

atm, a deathcap as 6e item on my heimer or teemo already got buffed

ezreal/ziggs/velkoz may be the winner of all thease cannon cdr mana items, long ranged infinite mana teamfight poke

Remove Trackers Knife cos what is warding to 90% of the people who play anyway.

Might be my least favorite thing they have done.
