This makes zero fucking sense to me. They nerfed (and subsequently removed) Twin Shadows because it was broken as fuck and so cheap that everyone built it first item and now they are giving it back...

Abuse it while you can boys, rush Twin Shadows first item and shit on your lane

League balance never does make sense. Their balance team is literally silver through plat and their ideas behind balance are random.

They're getting rid of Red smite also scrub. New JG item is blue smite+some control ward shit. Also massive nerfs mana regen and melee vamps. I'm not sure how this is gonna shake the JG meta, but it's gonna be a clown fiesta in the JG the first week or so of the patch.
