i weigh 125 because i wrestled 120/126 in highschool and i wrestled 125 my freshman year of college and my bench went from 135 my freshman year of highschool to 175 by the end of sophomore year, junior year i was content with 185 and by the end of the year i could rep it 3-5 times and my max went up to around 200 and by the end of senior year and between senior year of hs and freshman year of college i got my bench up to 225 which feels extremely heavy on flat bench but i can decline 225 5 times no problem so i know i can still add a few pounds on my bench but for now 2 plates is satisfying enough for me by the end of my workout, i start with 5 reps of 135 then 5 reps of 185 3 reps of 205 and 1 rep of 225, don't believe me i have a video my friend wanted me to make to inspire him to start working out
tell me i aint 125 benching 225 my bar at home is only 35lbs so i have a 45 , a 35 , a 10 and a 5 (i only have 2x 45lb plates at home so i have to use the 35's/10's)

Dude posts first time in hnf, says he benches 225 at 125. Im not into competitions at all but i think that would be decent at a semi pro level, a goal of a lifetime for a casual
my goal is to weigh around 145 and bench 315 at least 3 times only reason why i think it's possible because i know for a fact bruce lee could do the shit and i don't know anything about lifting competitions but i will admit of all the kids i've wreslted from highschool to college i 'was' the strongest 125 pounder but i workout 6/7 days a week and have for around 4 years now
