I've been playing for 5 years now and I've never seen a game where bane was a good pick.

I don't know the average mmr of my battle cup brethren but I went like 30/6 as standard position 5 birdman the first game after my team insisted I wasn't high enough mmr to be our team's carry.

After that they made me go carry even though I didn't trust any of them to support me. I've found that when matchmaking hiccups and gives me 9 knobs it's better to play a support that can transition, like naga/sky/sven/ck/alch/luna. Or just enigma so it's no longer possible for them to be stupid. Playing a carry requires you to have good supports, playing a weak support like cm or techies requires your carry to farm. Playing something like naga and just calling shots for your team the entire game (in the form of calmly saying "blinking in, follow me if you want to win" over and over until the game is over) has worked for me even though I don't like initiating the fights.

Yeah, I think I'm going to practice up my Enigma again... in my MMR nobody wants offlane and saccing every ranged creep is like a guaranteed win.

Because offlane is a pain in the ass this patch in all brackets.

in low MMR playing offlane is actually the easiest lane to snowball in (if you are not actually of that MMR). Natures Prophet alone can win a game in the offlane just practicing the fundamentals of natures off. Pull the creep wave with treants, use treants to zone supports, if they have a ranged pos 1 it's an autowin lane, have a global presence, it's actually stupid. Plenty of other easy snowballing, underlord, timber, puck, etc 2-4k MMR solo queueing it's an incredibly easy win. Unless you have 4 players aggressively feeding across the map the game is yours. Idk how many low MMR games I've won simply ratting with natures, Meteor hammer, necrobook, blink dagger, treant talents, most players in low MMR don't even immediately realize their base is being attacked, and if they do they're too worried about chasing some half HP enemy around in circles.

Pushing into a rapier+rapier gyro for 30 minutes is fun I guess

Yep, offlane is a pain in the ass

I've been reported more for the radiance+battlefury spec build than I have for the desolator puck build
