If one were to look at these comments on Pard from a sociological perspective it's a great example how strong of a force is the desire to be part of the group. Not defending this mans actions by any means, but the notion that a man touching a women in the prime of her fertility as being a disgusting act is a pretty recent phenomena. Of course every one wants to feign outrage and look down from their moral high ground which doesn't take much courage imo considering the overwhelming majority of the group shares the same perspective.
Also from a sociological perspective - It's interesting how during the gay marriage debate right wing people used to talk about the 'slippery slope' of sexual morality and often referenced a potential slide into bestiality and paedophilia. Now all it takes is a couple of prominent republicans being accused of touching kids and they're bang in there defending child molestation as a 'natural act'.
