Very high cannabinoïd & opioïd base consumption (if not the highest).
On this forum theres at least 2 dutches (knappie & balrgo66); their country had it legal for a while.

Maybe they will see it and share their experience.

Maybe it's just cause I'm from Massachusetts but many people around here get caught with pounds and never see the inside of a jail cell.

We’re one step closer to legalizing & regulating marijuana. #BillC45 means less money for organized crime and harder access for our kids. Tonight, it passed third reading in the House and it’s now headed to the Senate.

Upto each individual province but 18/19 for the most part

Depends if you consider the government organized crime or not.

The idea this will make it harder for underage kids to access is laughable.
