So if a man asks a woman "Would you like to get on the elevator?" as she's outside the elevator, and she says "Yes", and then he violently rapes her on the elevator, that means she gave consent right?
Shitty analogies used in an attempt to misrepresent the reality of the case are innefective against anyone with even half a brain. I'm surprised you'd even bother trying knowing who you're talking to.

It depends on whether she says "OK" when he asks "may I rehearse violently raping you now, since you signed a contract stipulating that you will participate in a simulated violent rape acting scene today and your contract also stipulates you will rehearse it, and you consented three times to it; twice with your signature and once verbally?"
A much better analogy. Though I don't see why we need analogies at all. He didn't 'violently rape' her. He kissed her. She agreed to be kissed, twice in writing and once verbally as ink has stated. He didn't do anything she didn't agree to.
