This was hoax. opened a good 400 chests and my best from them is 2 Hel runes

thats like doing 70 LK runs and saying the best you got was 2 Hel Runes.

First thing to note that these superchests could drop uniques
At around 1:15 he gets a TGods. It does seem to have been dropped by the chest but not 100% sure
Complete rare or magic drop seems to apply to these chests too

Second thing is that all the "patterns" shown in that clip have no equivalent to any LK pattern that I have recorded so far

Both things indicate different drop mechanics to LK

Several legit patterns and several ones by stress testing have already been found

Nothing indicates it works different from LK. Literally nothing. Several patterns are confirmed. Obviously they are different to LK.

Why would the patterns be the same from LK to RoF?
