Utility versus risk.

Knives have much greater utility and lower risk than automatic rifles. It's the same reason people talk about banning guns but not cars.

The argument is that guns shouldn't be banned because other things are dangerous, too. Sort of a hard sell in my mind.

A knife here cannot have more than 1 cutting edge, be longer than 7 cm with width of 14 mm or less, be longer than 9 cm.
Always forbidden:
Stiletto's, butterfly knives; Folding knives, if the length unfolded is longer than 28 cm; Boxing brackets, throwing stars, ballistic knives; White weapons that look similar to an object other than a weapon; ..... and more.

Imagine if this was a guy in a car though, would people be calling for car control?
