There is no 4k ultrawide yet.
Are you talking about 1440p ultrawide?

So I'm looking at building a new computer potentially by Christmas time. Looking for around $1800-2000 for the actual parts, and $1000-$1200 tops for monitor
I want to be able to game on an ultrawide 1440p preferably with g-sync. Here i my current pc-part picker using ryzen
https://pcpartpicker.com/list/hQpLGfJust checking to see if anyone has a better build. Not picky on ryzen vs intel. or potentially getting a 1080 instead of a 1080ti
Budget: $3000 overall tops
More specific use (what games, what programs): Gaming (4k ultrawide), work (pentaho, sql, excel stuff), photo/video editing
Planned time until purchase: Potentially by December
Do you need an Operating System?: Not really
Do you have any specific preferred components?: GTX graphics but that's it
Do you need a sound or wireless card?: no
Do you want stock cooling or do you plan on overclocking?: Probably watercooled, but don't really overclock often
Do you need a monitor? mouse? keyboard?: Monitor (4k ultrawide)
Zip code/location? (Shipping costs): 01721I do have access to microcenter in my state
At that point go with a threadripper build if you have 3000 to spend.
Figuring it like this: $600 graphic card / $100 power supply / $1,000 cpu (prices will come down on christmas time) / $100.00 mobo / $200.00 (ram) little overkill though / $1000.00 on monitor (will come down christmas time)
