Alright folks gonna call it here for now, everyone else is given a second chance unless they are known scammers who still scam to this day. Or of course pedophiles, these people aren't allowed to be given freedom. Scammer must repent and pay back their scams in order to be given second chances. Pedophiles are forced to leave the game for good. These users are known throughout the community already regardless.

he used the same excuse with the unpaid loan to me saying "my brother just passed away"
