Meal timing is only relevant to performance (sometimes health reasons). To be safe it may be better to eat protein gradually throughout the day so as to optimise protein synthesis, but plenty of studies show that if you hit your daily protein requirements it doesn't really matter if you have them in 1 meal or 10.

Meal timing isn't a myth at all.... do you understand how the human body works? Carbs is more of a concern for meal timing than anything else.

Please enlighten us. He already stated that it does for performance which entails energy levels throughout the day.

In terms of weight loss or gain please explain how meal timing has a significant impact and please quantify that impact within in a range using percentages.

Provide a decent link to a peer reviewed article with a study with an adequate control environment.

I'm willing to accept it if something decent is provided.

You lost some weight and lift decent weight, but time to step away from the broscience, bro ;)

Meal timing has a very important place in bulking and cutting.

Carbs in the morning, frozen yoghurt before bed (like flegend said), carbs before the workout. Not to mention protein absorption.

hi baby i like u x0x0x

Meal timing is very irrelevant in regards to body composition.

I've never counted calories etc. If I had to take a guess I'd say 3000-3500

Usually around 5-600 calories a meal. So I end the day at about 300-3500 depending. That's not including my protein shake after working out. So I'd say another 250 calories with that.

4.5k here.

If you're serious you might want to know 3k or 3.5k as in the long it's a considerable difference
