I had steelseries qck's before...the so rated "#1 gaming mousepad for the price" went through like 3 in a year and then I was like fk this shitty mousepad it keeps getting dirty and working bad
Got this goliathus for like 2 years, still works like a charm, washed it once.

Mouse I didnt even have a waranty, they sent me a brand new one free anyway and didnt even question me and I didnt even have to pay anything to return like shipping
Cant get any better than that.

I could care less at this point if the old mice started breaking if they send me a new one free everytime without questioning me
I had this one for like 9 months now I think, still works great

Oh and that's not true.

Most company
1- Would not send you shit back if you don't have a waranty or the waranty is expired like me
2- They would ASK for you to return the broken mice (which cost shipping and can cost like up to half the price of the damn mice you return) + lots of trouble for nothing
3- They would literally drag this RMA for weeks, when I got my computer, it was missing 8 GB RAM, and they took 2 months to reply and send me the missing 8gb

Most Reputable companies, when purchasing quality parts = high chance of avoiding RMA needed all together
1. comes with 1-10yr warranty, depending on parts ofc.
2. sometimes they do ask to return it, sometimes they allow you to keep it
3. RMA is a pain in the ass aside from EVGA/Corsair, thus you buy good shit from the get go and avoid it

from all the amusing shit you posted so far, what i got was that
razer is shitty, and razer knows their mouses are cheap to make and it's overpriced af, so they rather give you a replacement np in exchange for that much respekt.
now, imagine if you were like the other unlucky few and was told you had to send it back or were told your warranty is up, so they cant do shit about it?
