i take it your anecdotes (assuming you''ve come within 10 feet of poor people) are superior to his?
You're so preoccupied with wanting me to be wrong, that you didn't even realize that my anecdotes are
the same as his anecdotes. The point entirely went over your head.

Nah you just refuse to go even remotely close to the middle because it might offend someone, so you stick to the extreme side to stay pure left and assume all people are good.
Welfare/unemployment stats are always a joke because the stats rely on fraud. I don't think the true "fraud" rate is all that high. The problem is the people who are legally on welfare within the guidelines, but have full capability to work, but opt not to. Please tell me how you'd like that stat to be pulled. Let's just ask them right? "Hi I see you're on welfare, but you're able bodied to work, would you like to?" "Of course, it's just hard" "Oh I see, have a good day." Come on. I don't get how anyone with a rational logical brain can think there isn't a high quantity of people on welfare who are on it because getting free cash is easier than working.
At least I provided a sample size of 400 people in my example, as anecdotal as it may be.
Please show me where I have said that I assume all people are good, and that I stick to the extreme side. Your reading skills do not seem to be much better than your critical writing skills.
Any level-headed socialist knows that social security comes at the cost of feeding greedy/lazy opportunists. I know that these people exist and I do not deny or justify this.
I am arguing against
your statement that the majority of people benefiting from social security are of this kind. Other than an anecdote, you have still done nothing to show that this opinion is based on any facts whatsoever.
