Pretty much. He still needs to make a name for himself, but was excellent at anything under 20s at the international level.
I thought he was going to Ajax, Man Utd or Chelsea. He had been linked only to those clubs in Brazil for weeks now. Watford purchase was unexpected to me.

Great ability with the ball and a physical presence.
His problem is decision making. He doesn't know when to pass when he's going to take a tough shot.
Excited for him.
