Creatine isnt a suplement you need to take everytime.
You take creatine IF you want to get bigger muscles when you lift.. the fact that you stop taking creatine wont do nothing, you will just not gain as much as you would if u took it.
So it's not a huge deal to miss a day here and there? Doesn't set you back?
