think spell dmg is prefix

cant do crit chance, next best option i think is reduce dmg taken from damage over time 20%

could be good for es rf builds

you are most likely gonna have to divine it quite a few times if you craft reduced dot. The mod was like 5-20% iirc

nah, wouldnt divine it, id just scour and recraft no?
only cost 2c to recraft
divine costs like 15c each atm
