ryzen 5 1600
b350 atx asus prime plus board
EVGA 1050 GTX TI 4gb
and bronze 500w EVGA psu

just need ram and sdd and ill start this build

no a bluetooth dongle will run you 20$ tops and tbh you don't need more.
(asus makes some and I have one and it works great)
Alternatively the wifi/bluetooth card penguin linked will work but wifi is not suggested when gaming.

Mech ones take a bit to get used to but once your used to them they are much much better.
Stay the fuck away from razor if you have any level of self respect.
Given your hardware I would just get a 60hz 1080p 1ms monitor, put the rest of the money elsewhere.

For ssd look at mushkin eco 3, if its available its pretty much same speeds as samsung but 2/3's the cost

Though they are about equal in iops which is often more indicative of real world performance, if you have experience with both I'd trust that over synthetics.

Also why can't i find the write endurance of these things, i know it's not an important metric for consumers but it's still nice to know.

I own both and both are currently in my main system. I use the mushkin for games and samsung for OS.
If I could go back i'd buy both mushkin but I wanted 1 samasung drive just to see what the hype was about.
My older mushkin chono's deluxe is in my server now. rest of teh house has patriot drives cause there was an
amazing deal on them around november. Also partiot has an amazing RMA process same for mushkin, samsung
on the other hand is a nightmare. I had to speak with seagate to get the right samsung department.

Gotta have that dx12 that no non-microsoft game is ever going to exclusively use tho! (I could write a small essay on why I firmly believe this but it would be pointless)

but yeah u make a valid point, getting an older used card is definitely the way to go for price/perf at very low costs.
