United Airlines' fault. As well as the CDA officers for their treatment of the passenger during the removal.

Everybody's fault.

However, he could have just followed them out. He knew he couldn't win. Boring.

Passenger's fault. Should listen to the authorities. Read Romans 13.

It's the passenger's fault for a bleeding lip, smashed head, mild concussion (maybe possible), broken glasses, and being dragged across the floor?

3 Officers were there. The guy is like 150lbs at most. Yank his ass up from the chair and take him out with reasonable force, not throw his head against an adjacent seat and drag him out.

Also, if he was knocked out after forcefully getting him out of his seat call for medical immediately, not drag him across the floor. So much shit went wrong in that video, but please continue crying "maaahhh Romans 13!"

They did wrong but the guy was stupid. He should just have walked out.

So he went from backing his workers to calling this a horrific incident. What a circus show, feel bad for anyone currently with stock in the company

I just checked it. They hit a low point this morning but are well into recovery now. I guess investors are picking up the shares dropped by knee jerkers

Gotta go with Terry on this one. The guy resisted they had to use force to remove him and in the process his face was accidentally cut which lead to some brutal pictures. Don't blame the police for this, they where responding to a disturbance on a plane where a passenger was refusing to leave, when they got there the passenger refused to comply with verbal commands and was resisting physical attempts to remove him so they picked his ass up and carried him off.

United is the bad guy here. They over booked, they chose to bump passengers, and they where the ones that called in law enforcement. Beat them up all you want for that, they deserve it.

Resisting is LEGAL when you're right.
