I gave all the reports of questionable Trump actions over the past 6 months time to develop as to not jump to any conclusions, so the original thread became inactive. While it became a gold mine of unintended comedy (largely due to falsely-equating Trump and Clinton), the original intent of chronicling every instance that Trump et al. skirted the law and then was unable to completely get away with it is still pretty interesting in its own right, so I'll pick it up here.

It's safe to earmark Trump's obvious violation of the Constitution's Emoluments Clause as Entry #25, and his administration's violation of the Logan Act re: Michael Flynn as #26. It would probably be safe to reserve Entry #27 for any illegal/extra-legal collusion between Trump associates and foreign actors who manipulated the 2016 election but no reason to rush just because Trump is a target-rich environment. If you know of a Trump crime that isn't represented, feel free to share!

Every time someone is dumb enough to try this same misdirection, all it really does is highlight the fact that I correctly predicted the exact campaign dynamic that we ultimately got more than a year in advance (and would have also been correct about the ultimate outcome as well were it not for a Black Swan event mere days before the election).

Yes Hillary Clinton was about to win a 370+ electoral vote landslide up until James Comey stroked his snidely whiplash moustache and stole the election (with the help of the russians) with mere days to go.
